Bitcoin Depot Inks Long-Term Deal To Host Bitcoin ATMs At Circle K

Bitcoin ATM provider Bitcoin Depot has inked an exclusive long-term international partnership with convenience store chain Circle K to install its Bitcoin ATM systems at thousands of their store locations across the U.S. and Canada. Bitcoin Depot has already installed more than 700 Bitcoin ATMs at Cirkle K locations in 30 states in the U.S.

Bitcoin Depot ATMs are in the form of kiosks that enable users to exchange cash for cryptocurrency, allowing for simple, in-person transactions that give users immediate access to bitcoin and over 30 other cryptocurrencies.

Circle K will become the first major retail chain to deploy Bitcoin ATMs within its stores. This will enable Circle K to attract new customers to their stores and offer financial access to underserved communities.

"We're thrilled to create a long-term, strategic partnership with Circle K and to expand our footprint internationally with a global leader in convenience and fuel retail," said Bitcoin Depot CEO, Brandon Mintz.

The ATMs will also provide new ways for people to buy bitcoin instantly in a familiar environment in their local neighborhood Circle K. The user can insert cash after providing his or her crypto wallet address, and crypto would be sent immediately to the wallet, with the whole process taking just about 1-2 minutes.

Atlanta,?Georgia-based Bitcoin Depot is claimed to be the world's largest cryptocurrency ATM network to bring crypto to the masses. The more than 3,000 strong?network of its cryptocurrency ATMs enables users to buy over 30 cryptocurrencies instantly.

Circle K is the global brand of Alimentation Couche-Tard outside of Quebec in Canada. Couche-Tard engages in convenience and fuel retail, operating in 26 countries and territories, with more than 14,200 stores.
