ClearSign Technologies Corporation (CLIR), that designs and develops products and technologies in industrial combustion and sensing, on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Brian Fike passed away.
The company has not disclosed further details or reason for the death.
ClearSign said the succession plan is currently afoot.
