Crisis Management Expert Elizabeth Allen Named Asst. Secretary Of State For Global Public Affairs

President Joe Biden has appointed crisis management expert Elizabeth M. Allen as Assistant Secretary of State for Global Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.

The appointment, announced on Wednesday, comes amid the Afghanistan crisis.
