Focus Universal Shares Slips 22% As It Commences Trading On Nasdaq

Shares of Focus Universal Inc. (FCUV) slipped over 22% on Tuesday morning after the company announces commencement of trading on Nasdaq Capital Market as "FCUV."

FCUV is currently trading at $5.15, down $1.51 or $22.67%, on the OTC markets.

On August 30, 2021, the company priced its firm commitment underwritten public offering of 2 million shares at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. The gross proceeds were $10 million. The offering is expected to close on or about September 2, 2021.
