Jameson Rodgers & Luke Combs' 'Cold Beer Calling My Name' Tops Country Airplay Chart

Jameson Rodgers and Luke Combs' "Cold Beer Calling My Name" has topped Billboard's Tops Country Airplay chart.

"Cold Beer Calling My Name" rose to No. 1 on the chart dated October 9 after earnings 30.9 million audience impressions, up 12%, in the week ending October 3, according to MRC Data.

Rodgers scored his second career-opening Country Airplay leader after his debut entry "Some Girls," which led for a week in October 2020.
Meanwhile, Combs earned his record-extending 12th career-starting Country Airplay No. 1. He first topped the chart with "Hurricane" in May 2017 and most recently reigned in June with "Forever After All."

"Cold Beer Calling My Name" was co-written by Rodgers along with Hunter Phelps, Brett Tyler and Alysa Vanderheym.
The track is from his debut LP, Bet You're From a Small Town, which debuted at No. 23 with 7,000 equivalent album units on the October 2-dated Top Country Albums chart.
