Boston Calling has tapped Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductees and Grammy Award winners Nine Inch Nails as a replacement for Foo Fighters.

The three-day festival is set to return to Allston, Massachusetts, this Memorial Day Weekend, May 27-29, 2022.

Foo Fighters were set to headline the first night of the festival on Friday, May 27, but they pulled out of their upcoming tour dates and festival appearances after the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins on March 25.

Meanwhile, as previously announced, The Strokes and Metallica will headline the festival on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29, respectively.

Other performers for the festival include Weezer, Haim, Glass Animals, Run The Jewels, Avril Lavigne, Orville Peck and more.

The festival will also mark Nine Inch Nails' first return to touring since their 2018 Cold and Black and Infinite Tour across North America in support of their ninth studio album, Bad Witch.
