Metallica have announced that their third Helping Hands Concert & Auction will be held in Los Angeles on December 16.
The show will benefit All Within My Hands Foundation, the metal band's non-profit, philanthropic organization dedicated to creating sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger, and other critical local services.
"It has been a few years since we connected in person for this unique event, so we want to get on your calendar now!" Metallica said in a statement announcing the show. "We're excited to share all the amazing things the Foundation has accomplished and we are inspired to look toward the future. Of course, we'll cap it all off with a full night of live music."
Metallica said that more details about the benefit concert will be published soon on its website and social media accounts.
