The controversial comments that former President Donald Trump made at the weekend about American Jews were anti-Semitic and insulting both to Jews and to Israel, the White House said.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was responding to Trump's post on his Truth Social website Sunday, which says, "U.S. Jews have to get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel — before it is too late!"
