CANCOM SE (CNCXY.PK), a German IT products and services, said on Tuesday that it has signed a deal to buy NWC Services GmbH, specialist for workspace and endpoint solutions, for undisclosed sum.
Post transaction, NWC Services will become a unit of CANCOM.
Commenting on the acquisition, Rüdiger Rath, CEO of CANCOM said, "With the colleagues from NWC Services, the CANCOM Group is gaining a team that has built up outstanding expertise over more than 20 years."
For 2021, NWC Services had reported revenues of around 5 million euros.
