Shares of real estate investment company Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (KW) are rising more than 7% Monday morning on the news of it getting included in the S&P SmallCap 600.
The company will be added to the index on March 20.
KW, currently at $18.02, has traded in the range of $13.97-$25.30 in the last 1 year.
