Bonnie Raitt has postponed four upcoming tour dates and canceled another concert due to a "medical situation."
The revised dates for her shows in Louisville, Kentucky, and Indianapolis, Indiana, are June 30 and July 1, respectively.
The shows that were scheduled to be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Athens, Georgia, will now be held sometime next year.
Her performance at Brandi Carlile's Mothership Weekend show has been cancelled.
"Bonnie has a medical situation that requires surgery to address," said a statement on Instagram. "The doctors say that in order for her to heal properly, they recommend she not perform for a couple of weeks."
"Unfortunately, this overlaps our five tour dates in May, and we are very sorry to have to cancel our performance at @brandicarlilesmothershipwkd on May 14th and postpone our shows in Athens, Louisville, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh," the statement added.
Raitt is set to kick off her 2023 tour in Dublin, Ireland, on June 1.
