Papa Roach's "Cut The Line" has reached No. 1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, earning the band their ninth chart-topper.
"Cut the Line" is the second No. 1 in a row for the veteran rockers, following the one-week reign of "No Apologies" in September 2022. The Jacoby Shaddix-fronted band first led Mainstream Rock Airplay for six weeks in 2009 with "Lifeline."
"Cut the Line" was originally released as a promotional song ahead of the release of the band's 11th studio album Ego Trip in March 2022.
An alternative version of the song featuring Caleb Shomo of the band Beartooth was released in early 2023 in promotion of the expanded edition of the album.
