Bill Wyman is reportedly reuniting with his former Rolling Stones bandmates to help pay tribute to their late drummer Charlie Watts on the band's new album.
Wyman will reportedly be back with the band for the first time in 30 years. He quit the Rolling Stones in 1993 after 3 decades with the band.
According to British tabloid The Sun, Wyman features on one track on the album after flying to Los Angeles for recording sessions at the invitation of lead singer Mick Jagger.
"Bill hasn't seen the band together for years, but always loved Charlie. This record's really a tribute to Charlie, so he couldn't say no," the report quotes a source as saying.
The new record will also feature drumming Watts had recorded before his death in August 2021 after suffering throat cancer. He was 80 years old.
