Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed in a recent interview with CNN that he loves listening to AC/DC, Guns 'N' Roses and Eric Clapton.

Zelensky told CNN's Erin Burnett that it's important for him at times "to be in silence, to be alone" while coping with the ongoing war and difficult times. " How can I be alone? Alone I can be with music," he said.

On being asked about the type of music he listens to, Zelensky replied, "Oh, I like AC/DC! And Ukrainian music - of course I like Ukrainian music because that's the native language - that's why you understand not only the music but the words, etc."

"AC/DC, I don't understand all the words (laughs), but I like the energy of AC/DC. Eric Clapton, Guns N' Roses…" he added.

Zelensky said he'll listen to these artists often at "six, seven in the morning" while he's working out and that it gives him "energy for all the day."

Guns N' Roses shared a link to the CNN interview on Twitter, commenting, "Among good company."
