Travis Scott's "Meltdown," featuring Drake, has debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
"Meltdown," released on Cactus Jack/Epic Records, earned 32.2 million official U.S. streams in the week ending August 3, according to Luminate.
The track was released as the third single from Scott's fourth studio album, Utopia, on August 2, 2023. Scott and Drake wrote the song with producers Boi-1da, Vinylz, Tay Keith, BNYX, and Scotty Coleman and additional producer Skeleton Cartier.
Meanwhile, Utopia also tops the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart with the biggest week for any rap album in 2023, earning Scott his third chart-topper.
Utopia received generally positive reviews from music critics and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 chart, earning 496,000 album-equivalent units, of which 252,000 units were pure album sales.
All 19 songs from the album debuted in the Billboard Hot 100, making Scott the 15th artist in the chart's history to log 100-plus career entries.
