Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll Among Top Nominees For 2023 CMA Awards

The Country Music Association has announced the nominees for the 57th Annual CMA Awards, with Lainey Wilson topping the list with nine nominations.

Wilson has been nominated in the Entertainer of the Year, Single of the Year ("Heart Like A Truck"), Single of the Year ("wait in the truck"), Album of the Year (Bell Bottom Country), Song of the Year ("Heart Like A Truck"), Female Vocalist of the Year, Musical Event of the Year ("Save Me"), Musical Event of the Year ("wait in the truck"), and Music Video of the Year ("wait in the truck") categories.

Other top nominees include first-time nominee Jelly Roll with five nominations, while Luke Combs and HARDY received four nominations each.

Jordan Davis, Ashley McBryde, producer/mix engineer Joey Moi, songwriter/producer Jordan Schmidt, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and musician/producer Derek Wells secured three nominations apiece.

Reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Combs is nominated again in the category this year. Vying for the night's highest honor alongside Wilson and Combs are Stapleton, Wallen and Carrie Underwood.

The CMA Awards, hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning, will be broadcast live from Nashville on November 8 at 8 PM EST on ABC.
