Kelly Clarkson recently released "You Don't Make Me Cry," a collaboration featuring her 9-year-old daughter River Rose.

The song is one of the eight bonus tracks on the new deluxe edition of Clarkson's latest album, Chemistry.

Clarkson revealed on Instagram that River recorded the track when she was just 5 years old.

The song begins with River singing some sounds in an adorably auto-tuned vocal run that leads into Clarkson's catchy pop track. The girl's voice appears again at the end of the song, with a pitch-perfect "The End!"

"And you don't make me cry/And I cry at everything/You don't make me feel and I feel more than most now/That says something, doesn't it?/So I'm picking you from my garden, weeds aren't allowed in/Guess you missed that," Clarkson sings.

A few weeks ago, River and her younger brother, Remington Alexander, both joined Clarkson on stage at one of the final shows of her Las Vegas residency.

Remington danced his way through Clarkson's "Whole Lotta Woman," and River joined her mom for a performance of 2015's "Heartbreak Song."
