HgCapital Trust Ord (HGT.L) announced on Thursday that it will invest around 8.1 million pounds in JTL-Software-GmbH, an ERP software provider.
As per terms of the deal, HGT along with other institutional clients of Hg investing and Hg Mercury 4 Fund will invest in JTL.
"The investment will reduce HGT's outstanding commitments to invest in Hg transactions to approximately 1.1 billion pounds," the company said in a statement.
HGT's liquid resources are estimated to be around 664 million pounds that can be used for future deployment. On Wednesday, HGT shares closed at 385 pence, down 0.52% on the London Stock Exchange.
