LXi REIT plc posted a first half loss before tax of 82.8 million pounds compared to a loss of 27.5 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 4.9 pence compared to a loss of 2.3 pence. EPRA EPS was 4.07 pence, up 12.1% from last year. Adjusted cash EPS was 3.44 pence, an increase of 12.7%.
For the six months ended 30 September 202, rental income increased to 128.3 million pounds from 75.5 million pounds, prior year.
