The company's sole marketed drug is Caplyta (lumateperone), an atypical antipsychotic for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar depression. The drug, which is in capsule formylation, received FDA approval for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults in Dec.2019, and for bipolar depression in adults in Dec.2021.
