The Lexington, Massachusetts-based Fractyl Health is a metabolic therapeutics company developing treatments for metabolic diseases, including Type 2 Diabetes, or T2D, and obesity.
The company has offered to sell 7.33 million shares of its common stock in the IPO at a price of $15 each.
