SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (SKM) announced on Monday during the inaugural meeting of the Global Telco AI Alliance at MWC Barcelona 2024 that it intends to establish a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom, e& Group, Singtel, and SoftBank Corp.
The five companies aim to create Large Language Models or LLM customized for telecommunications companies to enhance customer interactions through digital assistants and chatbots.
