M&C Saatchi (SAA.L) reported fiscal 2023 profit before tax of 715 thousand pounds compared to 5.4 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 2.89 pence compared to profit of 0.07 pence. Headline profit before tax declined to 28.7 million pounds from 31.8 million pounds. Headline earnings per share was 14.38 pence compared to 13.47 pence.
Fiscal year revenue was 453.9 million pounds compared to 462.5 million pounds, previous year. Net revenue was 252.8 million pounds, down 2% excluding the impact of the non-core businesses exited in second half.
Looking forward, M&C Saatchi expects headline profit before tax for 2024 to be in line with expectations.
