Friday, Baozun Inc. (BZUN) named Catherine Zhu as Chief Financial Officer. She has been serving as Director of Finance and Vice President of Finance at Baozun.
Zhu is succeeding Arthur Yu, who has been the Company's CFO since 2020 and President of Baozun E-commerce since its establishment last year.
The company said that Yu will continue concentrating on his role as President of BEC.
Before joining Baozun, Zhu held key positions in organizations such as IBR Ltd, Cue & Co., Xperience Communications (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Porsche Centre Shanghai Waigaoqiao Limited, and Lend Lease Project Management & Construction (Shanghai) Co Ltd.
