U.K.-based GB Group plc (GBG) that provides global identity and location software on Tuesday said it expects adjusted operating profit above consensus estimates for the full year.
The Group expects to report revenue of 277.3 million pounds representing growth of approx. 2.7% on a constant currency basis.
The adjusted operating profit of approximately 61.2 million pounds is slightly above the top end of current analyst expectations recording a year-on-year growth of approximately 8.0%, the company said in a statement.
In fiscal 2025, the Group expects mid-single-digit revenue growth on a constant currency basis, which would drive a high single-digit growth in adjusted operating profit.
The company expects to report full-year results on Tuesday, 11 June 2024.
