Pandora A/S (PANDY.PK), a manufacturer and retailer of Jewellery, Thursday reported profit before tax of DKK 1.278 billion for the first quarter, higher than DKK 1.162 billion in the same quarter a year ago, primarily helped by growth in revenue on continued momentum.
Net profit increased to DKK 965 million or DKK 11.8 per share from DKK 889 million or DKK 10.0 per share last year.
Revenue for the quarter grew to DKK 6.834 billion from DKK 5.85 billion in the previous year. On an organic, basis, revenue increased 18 percent with like-for-like growth of 11 percent.
For the full year, the company has raised its organic revenue growth guidance to 8 percent -10 percent from 6 percent-9 percent.
