Marks and Spencer Group plc. (MAKSF) on Wednesday announced that Alison Dolan will be joining as chief financial officer.
She will be succeeding interim CFO Jeremy Townsend, who will continue in his role until May 2025. The company said an exact start date for Alison will be announced in due course.
Alison brings extensive experience from her current position as CFO at Rightmove plc.
