LPA Group plc announced that Paul Curtis has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and a Board member of the Group, effective immediately. Paul will remain as an employee of the Group until 31 July 2024.
Robert Horvath, Chairman said: "The process of recruiting a successor has commenced and further announcements will be made as appropriate. Gordon Wakeford, our Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will assume the Chair role of the Executive Committee in the short term."
