Bridger Aerospace Acquires FMS Aerospace For $20.6 Mln Deal

Aerial firefighting company Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (BAER) announced on Monday that it has acquired Flight Test & Mechanical Solutions, Inc. or FMS for an equity-only deal valued at $20.6 million. The deal includes $17.51 million in equity, with a potential additional equity earn-out consideration of up to $3.09 million.

Sam Davis, Bridger's CEO commented, "Bringing FMS into the Bridger family will bring together two experienced teams and add additional critical capabilities in house to allow us to continue to grow in mission critical areas including emergency air services, aerospace modifications, and defense systems engineering."

FMS, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, offers comprehensive solutions for aircraft prototyping, integration, instrumentation, flight testing, and airworthiness certification.
