Shares of AxoGen Inc. (AXGN) have lost over 28% from their 52-week high of $10.83, recorded in February of this year, and trade around $7.

The company is focused on developing and marketing innovative surgical solutions that are used primarily by hand surgeons, reconstructive plastic surgeons, and oral and maxillofacial surgeons in a wide variety of peripheral nerve injuries.

The peripheral nervous system is one of the two parts of the nervous system, the other being the central nervous system, which comprises of the brain and spinal cord. While the central nervous system sends and receives signals, the peripheral nervous system carries messages to and from the rest of our body to the spinal cord, so we can move, feel, touch etc.

In North America, the U.S. inflation and trade data as well as Canada’s central bank decision gained attention. The Chinese trade data was the main news in Asia.
