Lexeo Therapeutics (LXEO) reported positive interim data of LX2006 for the treatment of Friedreich ataxia cardiomyopathy. The company said the interim data demonstrated clinically meaningful improvements across multiple cardiac biomarkers of hypertrophy, a hallmark of FA cardiomyopathy.
