French advertising company Publicis Groupe (PGPEF.PK,PUBGY.PK) reported that its net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company for the first-half of 2024 increased to 773 million euros or 3.05 euros per share from 623 million euros or 2.46 euros per share in the prior year.
Headline earnings per share were 3.38 euros compared to 3.21 euros in the previous year.
Revenue for the period rose to 7.65 billion euros from 7.11 billion euros in the prior year. Net revenue organic growth for the period was 5.4% or 7.4% on a like-for-like revenue basis.
The company raised its full year 2024 net revenue organic growth outlook to a range of 5% to 6% from the prior outlook of 4% to 5% growth.
The Groupe confirmed its 2024 guidance on financial ratios, which will be maintained at the industry leading levels of 18% operating margin rate and between 1.8 billion euros and 1.9 billion euros free cash flow before change in working capital, including the Groupe's opex investment of 100 million euros for its AI plan.
