Porvair Plc (PRV.L), a filtration solutions provider, said on Monday that it has appointed Hooman Caman Javvi as Chief Executive Officer designate to succeed Ben Stocks, who will retire on April 15, 2025.
Javvi is expected to join the company on January 6 and assume his role on April 15, 2025.
Until recently, Javvi was COO of Hill & Smith Plc, a provider of sustainable infrastructure products and services.
In addition, the Group said it has continued to trade in line with the management expectations for the third quarter, amidst healthy order book.
For the full-year, Porvair expects its earnings to be higher than last year.
