IntegraFin Holdings plc (IHP.L), operator of investment platform, Transact, Tuesday said it expects revenue of about 145 million pounds for the full year, higher than 134.9 million pounds in the previous year, primarily driven by increase in average daily funds under direction (FUD) in the period.
Average daily FUD was 59.628 billion in the year, up from 53.638 billion pounds a year ago.
FUD at the end of the fiscal year on the Transact platform was 64.1 billion, up 17 percent over the past year.
Number of registered advisors increased to 8,048 from 7,683, while client base grew to 234,998 from 230,294.
For the full-year, the company has confirmed its outlook. Full-year results are scheduled to be reported on December 18.
