Nanoco Group Plc (NANO.L), a maker of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials, said Tuesday that it has appointed Dmitry Shashkov as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Shashkov will succeed Brian Tenner who, as announced earlier, will step down from the Board.
Most recently, Shashkov was the CEO of CPS Group of companies, which was focused on high-tech equipment for semiconductors and life science facilities.
Further, Nanoco noted that it continues to expect its annual adjusted EBITDA and revenue in line with consensus forecasts. The company is expected to post annual adjusted EBITDA of 0.6 million pounds, on revenue of 7.9 million pounds.
The Group now expects to declare its earnings report for the year to July 31 on November 20. This revised date is later than previously notified.
