Surface Transforms Plc (SCE.L), a maker of carbon fibre-reinforced ceramic automotive brake discs, revealed on Wednesday that its non-executive chairman Andrew Kitchingman has resigned with immediate effect.
Subsequently, the company has appointed Ian Cleminson as interim chairman until a successor has been appointed.
