Immutep Ltd. (IMMP), Thursday announced positive data from INSIGHT-003 Phase I trial, evaluating the addition of Eftilagimod alpha or efti to the combination of Keytruda and chemotherapy for first-line treatment of metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients.
The trial results revealed Median Overall Survival of 32.9 months, with median Progression Free Survival reaching 12.7 months, and a 24-month Overall Survival rate of 81 percent.
Moreover, data from all evaluable patients to date showed significant improvement of Overall Response Rate compared to historical controls.
Currently, Immutep's stock is trading at $2.09, up 11.76 percent on the Nasdaq.
