Cartesian Therapeutics Reveals Positive Phase 2b Data For Descartes-08 In Myasthenia Gravis

Cartesian Therapeutics Inc. (RNAC), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, on Tuesday shared positive updates on its Phase 2b trial of Descartes-08, an mRNA therapy for generalized myasthenia gravis.

In the trial, Descartes-08 led to a 5.5-point reduction in the Myasthenia Gravis Activities of Daily Living (MG-ADL) score by Month 4.

This improvement continued through Month 12, with 80 percent of participants maintaining a meaningful response.
