Yen Falls Amid BoJ Rate Hike Uncertainty

The Japanese yen weakened against other major currencies in the Asian session on Monday, as traders continue to doubt the Bank of Japan's (BoJ) plan to further tighten its monetary policy this week.

Market waits for Thursday's BoJ interest rate decision. The bank expects the interest rate to remain unchanged at 0.25 percent.
