Varex Imaging Commences Offering Of $125 Mln Of 7.875% Senior Notes

Varex Imaging Corporation (VREX) on Monday announced the commencement of an offering of $125 million worth of its 7.875 percent senior secured notes due October 15, 2027.

The latest offering will be in addition to the company's existing offering of 7.875 percent senior secured notes due 2027, amounting to $300 million.

The manufacturer of x-ray imaging components intends to use the proceeds to fund the partial repayment of the company's outstanding convertible notes due June 2025, on their maturity date or to repurchase part of the convertible notes prior to their maturity date.

During the pre-market hours, Varex's stock is trading at $15.01, down 2.81 percent on the Nasdaq.
