Varex Imaging Prices $125 Mln Offering Of 7.875% Senior Notes

Varex Imaging Corp. (VREX), Tuesday announced the pricing of a private offering of 7.875 percent senior notes worth $125 million at a price of 101.5 percent of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest from October 15, 2024.

The latest offering of the notes, due October 15, 2027, will be in addition to the company's existing offering of 7.875 percent senior secured notes, amounting to $300 million.

The manufacturer of X-ray imaging components intends to use the proceeds to fund the partial repayment of its outstanding convertible notes, due June 2025, on their maturity date or to repurchase part of the convertible notes prior to their maturity date.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on December 20.

Currently, Varex's stock is trading at $15, down 0.92 percent on the Nasdaq.
