Siyata Announces 1-For-10 Reverse Stock Split, Stock Down

Siyata Mobile Inc. (SYTA), Tuesday announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effective December 27.

The latest move is expected to bring the company into compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for maintaining its listing on Nasdaq.

The reverse stock split will combine and convert 10 current common shares into one issued and outstanding new share of common share.

Currently, Siyata's stock is trading at $0.63, down 15.09 percent on the Nasdaq.
