AmpliTech Group, Inc. (AMPG), Monday announced the pricing of offering of around 2.17 million shares at $4.60 per share, amounting to a total of approximately $10 million.
The offering is expected to close on or about December 31.
Currently, AmpliTech's stock is trading at $5.94, up 4.03 percent on the Nasdaq.
