IntegraFin Holdings plc (IHP.L), an investment platform, Tuesday announced that it has appointed Irene McDermott Brown to the Board as a non-executive director, effective January 1.
McDermott Brown will join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees and will become the Chair of the Remuneration Committee once regulatory approval is granted.
Brown is a director at Lancashire Holdings Limited and leads their Remuneration Committee. She had worked in roles at M&G and Barclays.
The appointment comes after an external search.
IHP.L is currently trading 0.58% higher at 347.50 pence.
