Indonesia's consumer price inflation rose marginally in December from a three-year low in November, data from the statistics bureau showed on Thursday.
The consumer price index climbed 1.57 percent year-on-year in December, following a 1.55 percent increase in the previous month. Economists had expected inflation to rise to 1.6 percent.
Moreover, the inflation rate has remained within the central bank's target range of 1.5 to 3.5 percent.
