Auction Technology Group plc (ATG.L, ATHGF.OB), an investment holding company, announced on Thursday that Sarah Highfield has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.
Sarah is currently the Audit & Risk Committee Chair of Coats Group plc and previously served as Audit Committee Chair of Seraphine Group plc through 2023.
She replaces Tom Hargreaves, who, as announced earlier on October 10, is leaving to start a new job at a company backed by private equity.
The dates for Tom Hargreaves' departure and Sarah Highfield's start are yet to be decided and will be shared with the market later.
CEO John-Paul Savant said, "We look forward to Sarah playing a prominent role as Director and as part of the ATG leadership team as we drive our business to the next stage of growth and lead the transformation of the industry."
On Tuesday, ATG.L had closed 0.36% higher at 550 pence on the London Stock Exchange. On the OTC Market, ATHGF.OB closed Tuesday's trading at $5.90.
