Hill & Smith Plc (HILS.L, HSHPF), a provider of sustainable infrastructure products and services, Tuesday announced that CFO Hannah Nichols has decided to leave the company to join Coats Group plc (COA.L) in the same position.
The company said she will be leaving after release of the full-year results, by the end of March 2025. Hannah has been with the company since September 2019.
Chair Alan Giddins said, "The search for Hannah's successor is underway."
Monday, HILS.L had closed 0.54% higher at 1854 pence.COA.L had closed its trading, 0.75% less at 93.20 pence.
