Illinois-based electrical, safety, and infrastructure products manufacturer, Atkore Inc. (ATKR) Friday announced that John W. Pregenzer has been appointed Chief Operating Officer while continuing in his role as President-Electrical. He will remain under the leadership of Bill Waltz, Atkore's President and CEO.
Pregenzer joined Atkore in 2015 and has served as President-Electrical since 2020, a role he will continue. Previously, he led the Conduit & Fittings business and served as VP and GM of the Plastic Pipe and Conduit unit.
Prior to Atkore, Pregenzer held executive roles in sales, marketing, and operations at Georg Fischer AG, including President and Managing Director of its Piping Systems and Sloane divisions.
Friday ATKR closed at $81.84 or 1.21% on the New York Stock Exchange.
