AirSculpt Technologies Cuts FY24 Revenue, Stock Falls In Pre-Market

AirSculpt Technologies, Inc. (AIRS), Monday announced the decision to lower its revenue and adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year 2024.

Following the announcement, AirSculpt's stock is trading at $4.15, down 30.60 percent on the Nasdaq in the pre-market hours.

The company now expects revenues of about $180 million, as compared to its previous revenue guidance of $183 million to $189 million.

Meanwhile, AirSculpt sees adjusted EBITDA of approximately $20.5 million, as compared to its previously estimated adjusted EBITDA of $23 million to $28 million.
