Sonos, Inc. (SONO) - a California-based audio technology company Monday announced that Patrick Spence will step down as CEO and Board member, effective today. The Board has appointed Tom Conrad, an independent member since 2017, as Interim CEO.
The company said in a press release that a search for a permanent CEO has been initiated, with the assistance of an executive search firm, aiming to find a leader who will uphold Sonos' legacy of innovation and customer service while fostering growth. This leadership change is unrelated to the company's fiscal first-quarter results, which are set to be reported on February 6, 2025, and no additional information is being provided at this time.
SONO is currently trading at $14.32 or 1.41% lower on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
